Online Pre-Registration

Begin the registration process by entering your child's information on http://www.eayso.org, the online database maintained by National AYSO. If you have previously registered a volunteer or player on eAYSO, you will be able to access your information with your email address and password.

After you register your child, the system will also ask you to register yourself as a volunteer. Because AYSO is an all-volunteer organization, we need participation from every family to make our region strong. Please fill out the volunteer form, and select an appropriate position for yourself. Volunteers must re-register each year.

Pre-registering helps us expedite the registration process and improves the accuracy of your information.

Even if you pre-register using eAYSO.org, you must bring two (2) copies of your preprinted forms for the necessary signatures and fee payment.

On Registration Day (What to Bring)

• Players that did not play last year must bring proof of birth date (copy  of birth certificate upon registering)
• Your child's Doctor's name and phone number
• Your child's medical insurance info
• An emergency contact name & phone #
• Checks or cash totaling the amount per player you are registering
• Parent/Guardian must bring a photo ID.
• If you are volunteering, please bring your driver's license and the names, addresses, and phone numbers of two personal references

Siblings get special discount: Children of the same parents or a person's brother or sister.

Locations:

All Saturday and Sunday Registrations will be held at Alamitos Intermediate School located on the corner of Lampson and Dale in the City of Garden Grove.

Where do we play:

All matches for U10 and below will be played at Alamitos Int. School located on the corner of Lampson and Dale.

U12 and up may travel to other AYSO Regions with in our Area to play their matches.

PLAYER EVALUATION WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAYS DURING JUNE 2010
